They Don’t Clean Themselves is based out of Milford, NH. My experience with headstones has been acquired through my current work within the cemeteries in Bedford, NH and present membership of the New Hampshire Cemetery Association. I also have previous experience working 7+ years in management for the 5 cemeteries throughout the town of Milford. This pervious work included all aspects in maintaining the cemetery varying from burials to cleaning, setting, resetting, and cleaning stones. These stones varied from recent years to stones dating back to the 18th century.

Respect and Dignity are always applied to every step of the process with each and every stone I work on.

The materials i use

I use a combination of soft brushes varying in size and density to clean not only the large surface sections but the small crevices of any elaborate design. The main solution that I personally find gives the best results is D2 Biological Cleaner. Rarely will a headstone require the use of a power washer, but I make sure to have that piece of equipment available should it be necessary to achieve the best possible result.

Times of operation

Appointments can be made during days and weekends between the months of April through November.

I am closed during the winter months.

Travel

Though much of my work remains close to Milford, NH I do find myself willing to travel within a reasonable distance to service other headstones, monuments, and cemeteries.

A small additional cost is applied for the travel.
